His history degree from Yale makes him mindful of the importance of the moment. He knows he's making "history-changing decisions," Evans says. But Bush doesn't keep a diary or other personal record of the events that will form his legacy. Aides take notes, but there's no stenographer in most meetings, nor are they videotaped or recorded."

Bet you are really happy to know that god called Dubbie to be president right now. Maybe that is why, even though he didn't actually win, the Supreme's appointed him. Because that is what god wanted. Bet, if you are not a Christian, you are a little worried that this man is led by people like Pat Robertson and Jerry Fallwell. Well, at least we won't have to read about his thought processes in our history books, looks like he is too busy to write things down. He can write, can't he
